Found out from parents that help out at Alec’s school…
No more than 15 students from his class went to school today. Students are watching TV to pass time instead of being taught. Regular weekly table-tennis practice has been canceled.
Found out from a doctor saying that several staffs from the Baptist Hospital have caught the pneumonia for over 10 days. No public announcement has been made by the hospital or the Government.
As Worf put it: “Perhaps today is a good day to die…”

雞湯
東菇…………浸軟後切條
雞肉…………切條 老抽、鹽、糖、胡椒粉、麻油、生粉醃10分鐘
上海麵………熱水浸兩分鐘或至剛剛開始軟後隔水
上海白菜仔…葉、框分開
雞湯煲滾。
另一個煲將菜框、東菇連水中火煮熟後，
將麵、雞、菜葉放入收至最細火，
放入雞湯至剛剛蓋過麵，再將煲蓋蓋好，
雞熟麵軟後，照口味加胡椒粉、鹽便可。
