Towards the end of one of the HKSAR government public TV announcements by Dr. L.Y. Tse, in an attempt to guide civilians in taking precautions to prevent from catching the deadly Pneumonia virus, states…
“…Wearing a mask is a personal choice. But there is no need to wear a mask unless you are likely to have contact with an infected person or you are sick.”
What… A grant from the government for a freedom of choice on the verge of civilian death? Or is it is an arguement against unnecessary, but otherwise detrimental, precautions?

This is what one gets for bombing a can of shit in close distance.
GWB is just a naive cowboy thinking his own mass destruction weapon can overwhelm old fashion gorilla warfare… Didn’t learn from themselves at Vietnam, and didn’t learn from the Russian against Afghanistan. This will be a quick war or not, from now on, US is in it for good. Nothing like Israel - Palestine, or India - Pakistan, but fear will always be a part of the American life and also those who travel with them.
The server here went down late last night. My good friend Tin_the_Fatty, who is hosting this weblog on his server for me, thought he needed several days to be able to get it running again. He managed to get it fixed in just a few hours today. So, I am more then pleased to able to post more messages so soon.
For those of you who were not able to comment on my messages during the down time, you are welcome to do so now. Sorry for the inconvenience, and…
Many thanks to Tin_the_Fatty for everything.
First impressions on the newly (1 hour ago) installed Mozilla 1.3 proved to be a
somewhat frustrating experience.
In its bookmarks column, it has an “Imported IE Favorites” folder which was
empty. There is no regular “F1″ button for help, so I had to resort to the
old trick - looking up the FAQ files. To no avail, I went to the Mozilla
newsgroup for Windows and found the answer there. I am supposed to first
export the Bookmarks from IE to a file, and then switch back to Mozilla to
import that file into the Bookmarks column. Fair enough.
Guess what, the sort order for the bookmarks and folders were all screwed.
So I went to Manage Bookmarks to have it sorted in alphabetical order. No
problem there. Only unlike IE6.0’s sort order of
“folders-before-bookmarks”, Mozilla has them all mixed together without options.
Furthermore, the sorted listing happens to be only for viewing in the Manage
Bookmarks mode! When I tried to look up a bookmark to browse, the order
were all screwed again. No right mouse button functions, hmmm….
It also “feel” slower than IE6.0.
More testing in progress….
