Roger Moore, who played Ian Fleming’s secret agent character, James Bond 007 in 7 Bond movies, collapsed on stage.
Roger first captured my heart with his role as the original actor for The Saint, Simon Templer. He is also my second favorite Bond after Pierce Brosnan.
Let’s hope Roger gets well soon.
Just went to the Shanghai Yat Pang Heung Restaurant last night with 4 friends from the FreeForum photo newsgroup. This is the second time we went there with the first time being 3 months ago. Well before the SARS attack.
This time, the food is just so so. Service is very poor. Although they have switched to individually prepackaged wet napkins from wet towels, they do not prepare dishing spoons or dishing chopsticks. When I asked for a few pairs of dishing chopsticks, the waitress simply ignore me. I had to swipe them off an empty table beside our’s. Not all waiters and waitresses wear surgical mask as advised by the Government. The captain was coughing all night without covering his mouth. The food was way more expensive than the recently closed Great Shanghai Restaurant in the same area and not as good.
I’ll never go back there again to say the least.
