The Frontier political party and LEGCO member LEE Cheuk-yan announced on a local radio show today, urging citizens to surround the Legislation Building should LEGCO members went ahead to the 2nd and 3rd reading of the legislation of Article 23, in order to stop the process.

So there you have it. Threats and extortions is now part of the plans to strive for democracy in the Region. What’s next, terrorism?
