Boy bands are just so, 20th Century. Local boy bands are close to 20 years behind their western counterparts, and even more so compared with the Japanese. Courage isn't what audiences look for in the show biz. If that is all these kids have, they'd better start adding value to themselves immediately. It is as if they had a day job in the first place.
