Oh yeah it actually works alright with the PC, I just have to enable a COM port (COM 7 is my case) on the PC which is not documented anywhere. Call it my fault for the lack of computer knowledge...

Does iSync/Apple keep track of the "user group" info from the phone?

Not only does M$ Outlook not keep the "user group" info from the phone when it does have a similar "user catagory" catagory for contact info, it doesn't have an "email" catagory! It just amazed me at this day and age, such a piece of s...oftware doesn't come defualt with an "email" catagory in contact info.

Hmm... Quite the contrary, syncing my T68i w/ iSync (syncs iCal and Address Book) is a couple of clicks. Setup was relatively straightforward. It just works.

Non Symbian Sony-Ericsson phones have some UI issues, but no worse than say Motorola, or any of the Japanese phones. Nokia is slick in the phone book department, but then they don't generally do as much as my T68i.
