Quite often, you walk into a lift where a smoker just walked out with a cigarette in hand, and you are stuck in a closed lift with smoke all over.

It happened this morning in my own office building. Unless some other tenants complaint about it, I doubt it would have helped me any and possibly could have made the situation much worse for myself. The management can’t really always act upon its “authority” every single time.
