Hardly being used compared to other tunnels, with many times in increasing the toll charges already, the Western Harbour Tunnel is still losing money. Yet their brilliant new plan is simply increasing the toll even more to HKD$40 a trip!
I suggest we shut it down all together.
Or, might as well give it an Italian name, a dedicated Octopus charge card with that name and a fancy logo just for crossing this particular tunnel, and then charge US$50 a trip.
